一周年#5

你好呀！

世间万物是这样的不同。我时常这样想。这半年来，我并没有停止记录，也没有停止写作，只是放慢了速度，以便有更充足的时间来思考。MY Group成立一周年，这一年里有很多挑战，犹豫，沮丧，失望，欣喜和成长。我想，leanrning by doing, growing by learning, 也就是说growing by doing。环环紧扣，除去了任何一个环节，都是不完整的。这一年学到的最大一节课是，要胆大心细，勇敢做；也要要脚踏实地，慢慢做。更要有时间要记录，反思，谈论，思考。

十二月底，在Notion中写了一份详细的annual review. 进入三十岁，感觉越来越好，每一天都是全新的一天。一周年快乐！
